GEE Capital Services
GEE Capital services acquires E-commerce Service providers to enable the brands and sellers that we work with to expand globally successfully.
Our philosophy for acquiring businesses is really simple. They need to provide epic services in e-commerce and be able to support sellers expansions.
We have some core verticals we invest in, both in the UK where we first started, EU where we launched second or the rest of the world.
We are totally focussed on driving growth for ur clients and assisting them in creating global brands. We can only do this with the right services and people in place, which is why we are always looking for either of these to add to our portfolio to continue the growth of our clients.
Our core business is Global E-commerce Experts and we have a number of others we have acquired into this. We also have a shipping division with Global E-commerce Logistics.

Shipping and Customs
Whether, shipping via Sea, Air or Road in the UK, US or Worldwide, we require epic businesses that can serve our clients shipping round the world with great customs and experiences.

3PL’s
We currently have 3PLs in the UK and Europe, we are always looking for additional facilities across that region but also the rest of the world which aid next day delivery across any region.

Amazon FBA & FBM Services
Our clients sell in e-commerce, we therefore have the ability to manage these for our clients, whether it be the mighty Amazons of this world or much smaller Shopify store management.

Software
Software is a great enabler for our clients to easily see what they are doing, when and where, any software that aids our clients expanding then we would be interested in talking further.

Business Compliance
Tax, Recycling and Address services are all required in every region of the world, they take on slightly different names in each continent but every seller needs it and is the same.

Product Compliance
Product and label compliance for every product is required, every region is different, we are looking to add to this service in all parts of the world so sellers and brands can expand easily.

Most people selling their business are apprehensive about the process. We understand this and want to be really clear that firstly, we are business owners, just like you.
We want to pay a fair price for your business for both you and us. We see this as a partnership where you have already built a great business and brand and you want to make sure you are selling it to someone that will look after it, develop it and grow it as you would like to see happen.
GEE capital services have a process with a few steps that we aim to complete over a short period of time, so no one wastes anyones time. We want you to be confident you are working with reputable people and we want to make sure its a great business and right for our clients.
The Process

Initial Discovery Call
This is a great opportunity for both parties to get to know each other. We want to find out some basics of the company to make sure its right for us, you in the same vein want to make sure we are the right fit for you.

NDA
If both parties want to pursue the options further, an NDA is required to protect both parties. This is a very basic process that we both agree essentially not to discuss each others businesses with others.

First formal Call
At this point we like to dig deeper into the company, understand the journey, what’s working, what’s not maybe. Look at the finances to get a broad understanding and speak about the services and team in place.

Documentation
After the follow up call, we will want to look at some numbers. This will enable us to ascertain what the business is worth to us. In most cases this will be Statuary Accounts, Balance Sheets for last three years, this years Management accounts and a Questionnaire.

Follow up Call from Docs
These documents will raise some questions so that we can understand what the numbers say and get some context around them. We want to make sure when we are looking at a a valuation for your business it is fair, based on right information and gives both parties the right start.

Heads of Terms Meeting
After the third call, we will want to go away and look at the options for GEE Capital. We will see what value and offer it has to us and then be able to have a meeting with you to get you a valuation and see if we can agree Heads of Terms for a deal. This is a first crucial step in selling your business.
